What determines the price of a lease?

There are many factors that can determine the price of a lease including location, quality, & size. 
  

Can we do long term leases?

Yes, Midwest Trophy Leases, Inc. will help negotiate long term leases between landowner & hunters. We will handle all paperwork & insurance considerations. The first year will always be a one year lease, but if both parties are interested in a long term lease, that can be arranged.
  

How long is the term of the lease?

Properties are leased annually or by the season.
  

Will anyone else have hunting rights on the property?

No. All landowners agree not to give permission to anyone else to hunt during the term of the lease. 
 

What does Midwest Trophy Leases, Inc. charge the hunter?

Other than an insurance fee, all fees are included in the price of the lease. There are no hidden fees. 
 

Who is responsible for insurance?

Each hunter is charged a $50 insurance fee. This fee is charged to help cover the costs of providing the necessary liability insurance for the landowner.
  

When will the lease start/end?

Most annual leases will run from the date the lease is established through June 1st of the following year. Seasonal leases are on per lease basis.
  

What is the best area to lease in?
All of the areas that we have targeted are quality places to hunt monster whitetails. Talk with the agents regarding this matter.
