Up until now, if you wanted to hunt one of these great areas, your only option was to hunt with an outfitter. Well that’s not the case anymore. For the price of an outfitted hunt or less, sportsmen can pool their money & obtain a lease that is available for them to hunt whenever they want. 
 

Our team of leasing specialists seek out quality leases in their home state. The properties are then posted on the website along with aerial photos, pictures, & details about the property. If you see a property that interests you, contact the listing agent on that property & he can answer any questions you might have regarding the property. Once you find a property you are interested in leasing, we will set up an appointment to have one of our leasing specialists show you the property. When you have decided which property you would like to lease, we take care of everything from there. We take care of lease documents, insurance considerations, renewals, & long term lease negotiations. Other than a $50.00 insurance fee, all fees are included in the price of the lease. There are no hidden fees!

There are two types of leases available: Annual & Seasonal

Annual: If you are an all around sportsman who hunts all types of game, this would probably be the lease for you. This type lease gives you total control of the hunting that takes place on the property year round. 

Seasonal: Lets say you are only an archery hunter or only a firearm hunter. The seasonal lease would probably be the best option for you. This allows you to lease the property for gun season or bow season only at a reduced rate. You could also lease a property for turkey season only.
